Challenge

Godrej, a Hindu holding company that has a turnover of more than US$ 5 billion in the world, has a stake in Latin America with “Godrej Latam” reaching a large market to the cosmetics industry in countries such as Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Peru. With strong values in transmitting trust, modesty and respect for diversity and the environment. In this commitment to respect the rights of women, the need to generate a campaign to commemorate International Women's Day was entrusted where the message should be clear, strong and away from formalism and corporate conservatism.

Development

Starting from a challenge where creativity could fly further and not just congratulate women, a different campaign was launched that would reach the entire company in all Latin American countries.

A claim was developed: "In small gestures there is a possibility of Generating Big Changes".

The idea was embodied with three vector illustrations that would be launched at different times within Women's Month, generating expectations and messages that would promote equality, respect and diversity.

For illustrations, a graphic style suitable for the idea and also for the client was investigated and analyzed. When the appropriate style was found, a bit relaxed and imperfect but close and warm, scenes of daily life were produced in which women would be the main protagonists with a clear and strong message, not only to pay tribute to women, but also to raise awareness and change everyone's mind sets.

Results

A great success that reached the entire company with a great impact, where each stage of the campaign was awaited with great expectation. The message identifies with the Godrej public and marks a way forward. An achievement that drives greater commitment from all and undoubtedly it is a campaign that proclaims opening the game with more equality and respect.
