Throughout all my professional years in administration departments, I performed numerous an different tasks such as: document controller (Baker McKenzie - Argentina), ITIL incident officer (SKF - Italy)and, currently, as a data entry/analyst jr (Acciona - Spain).
Other activities I have developed include: Coordination of appointments, events and meetings, communication with global companies, payment of credit cards, invoices. Translation of emails, user manuals, budget reports, among others.
Experience in Platforms
As it has been previously mentioned, I performed diverse roles over my professional career. One of the platforms I've come across in Administration is ServiceNow, mainly for ticket handling. By using this SaaS/PaaS platform, I gained experience in ITIL incident management & report desing on tickets - requests, incidents, tasks- lifecycle. Moving from General Administration, I immersed in the world of HR. In that new field, I started using an HCM platform: Workday for people analytics. Some of the tasks I had when using this tool are creating or editing Locations, Supervisory Organizations & Projects, Job Profiles, mass data uploading by the use of integration systems such as EIBs.
Experience in Transcription
Legal and General Transcriptions of audios and videos in English, Spanish and Portuguese through the following software and platforms: Express Scribe, Dragon Voice Transcription Support, Phillips Transcribe, and Scribe Manager. Transcription, segmentation and QA of audios through SHAIP platform.

Summary
I am originally from Argentina, but I also lived in Brazil, Italy and I am currently living in Madrid, Spain. I like travelling with my husband and visiting exotic new places. Besides, I love the film industry by which I can learn new cultures and languages. In a nutshell, I can say I am a languages enthusiast!
